Luke Bryan’s “Kill the Lights” is at number one on the “Billboard” Top Country Album chart for a fourth week, but it’s Maddie & Tae that are certain to be smiling. The duo’s debut album, “Start Here,” landed at number two in its debut week. The album is actually the strongest Top Country Album debut by a female duo since The Wreckers’.
