Carrie Underwood has some advice for new moms: Ask for help.  She tells Redbook that accepting help is hard for her, but she’s learning that more and more…she needs it.  Carrie does have a nanny while she's on the road, but admits it's still tough asking for help with her 19-month-old Isaiah when she's at home.  So when's number-two on the way? She says it will be a whole lot easier when her husband Mike Fisher retires from hockey and will be home to help more.  Ironically… hockey season starts on Wednesday.

Zac Brown's Side Project

Zac Brown has been underground working on a project under the name Sir Roosevelt -- which just released its first single “Sunday Finest.” The track was released with virtually no fanfare or press, and so far the other members of the group are totally anonymous.  The tune is certainly a bit of departure from what ZBB fans may be used to, with the track having a bit of a dance vibe, while blending gospel, funk, seventies disco and more.  And from the little we've heard, it doesn't appear to be a country record...at all!
