Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have landed on the Forbes magazine annual list of the Highest Paid Celebrity Couples, coming in at number three, with combined earnings of $57 million.  Coming in at number two are Beyonce and Jay-Z, who made a combined $110.5 million.  Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Calvin Harris are the highest earners making a combined $146 million last year.

Zac Brown Band's Jekyll and Hyde is once again the nation's top-selling country album.  It had settled into the number-two position over the last couple of weeks.  Dropping from number- one into the second slot is That's What I Call Country, Volume 8. Chesney and Aldean Fans get a bit too rowdy in Green Bay!

Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean fans are a rowdy bunch.  The Green Bay Press Gazette reports that somewhere between 250 and 300 people were ejected from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin during Saturday’s joint tour stop.  The reasons were intoxication, harassment and fighting.  Twenty five were arrested.  Just to put it into perspective…for the entire 2014-2015 football season, a total of 25 people were ejected from the stadium during Packers Games.

Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean Celebrate Grace... Potter

Kenny Chesney’s Big Revival Tour and Jason Aldean’s Burn It Down Tour combined over the weekend at Lambeau Field and the night quickly turned into an impromptu birthday party for Grace Potter.  Grace, who was there as Kenny’s special guest, was serenaded by the crowd and got treated to a multi-tiered cake and a giant margarita.

DARIUS RUCKER PASSES ALONG MUSICAL GENES TO KIDS

Darius Rucker passed on his good musical genes to his kids.  Infact, his daughter Daniella is learning new songs all of the time.

 “My 14-year-old plays ukulele and now she’s going to start playing songs on guitar, and she’s actually teaching me songs on ukulele making me real mad. I walked by her room the other night and she was playing that ‘More Like Her’ by Miranda Lambert. And she knows it’s my favorite tune. And I’m like, ‘What are you doing? How’d you learn that?’ She’s like, ‘It’s three chords dad.’”

LITTLE BIG TOWN CANCELS SHOWS

Little Big Town has been forced to cancel 13 dates on their Pain Killer tour due to band member Jimi Westbrook’s vocal problems.  The band announced on their Facebook page yesterday that Jimi has to undergo vocal cord surgery next week to have a polyp removed, and won’t be able to sing or talk while he recovers.  Pain Killer shows through July 30th have now been either canceled or rescheduled.  The tour is currently expected to run through November.

BRETT ELDREDGE AND THOMAS RHETT TO CO-HEADLINE CMT TOUR

Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett will co-headline the 14th annual CMT on Tour this fall.  The outing will be dubbed the Boots and Suits tour in honor of the two incredibly well-dressed performers.  Brett says this tour will be really special.   And as far as who will open each night.  Dates haven’t been announced yet.
